August 20, 2023: Mayor Mark Sutcliffe visited West Carleton-March over the weekend, as part of his whirlwind weekend tour of the city, stopping in every Ward.
"It was great to catch up with the Mayor in Carp yesterday afternoon over coffee at Alice’s Cafe," Kelly said. "It was a good opportunity to chat one on one about a few key issues in West Carleton-March."
"Councillor Kelly and I chatted with some residents and I had a delicious lemon bar at the famous Alice’s Village Cafe," Sutcliffe said. "Then we finished our visit to West Carleton-March ward with a family celebration for my father-in-law's birthday!"
