Councillor Kelly is pleased to announce that Provincial Offences Act (POA) services are now available at our rural Client Service Centre (CSC) in Kinburn. This expansion is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and convenience for West Carleton-March residents.
Residents can now perform all POA-related transactions at the West Carleton Client Service Centre, located at 5670 Carp Road. The centre is open on Wednesdays.
At this location, residents can:
Pay fines,
File for extensions or re-openings,
Submit trial requests,
Access case information, and more.
The only exception is meeting with a Justice of the Peace, which will still require a visit to the court at 100 Constellation Dr.
This enhancement aligns with Councillor Kelly's commitment to providing equitable access to services for our residents.
