Update to collision in Constance Bay: police seeking witnesses
(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Investigation Unit has confirmed that the 16-year-old youth who suffered life-threatening injuries on September 1st in Constance Bay has succumbed to their injuries earlier this week.
Investigators continue to seek witnesses and would like to speak to anyone with doorbell, dash camera or video surveillance footage of the UTV driving around Constance Bay between the hours of 10:00 and 11:15 pm on September 1st, who has not already spoken to police, to contact the Fatal Collisions Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2345.
“I was saddened to learn about the tragic death of a young resident of Constance Bay recently as a result of a UTV accident," Councillor Kelly said. "I would like to join many of my fellow West Carleton-March residents in sending condolences to his family and friends."
